Here an email I recently received:
"I received an employment offer over a week ago, as a sales Account Executive. In attempts to respond the Sales Manager, I've been unable to make direct voice contact with anyone at the company and my messages to the Customer Service voice-mail box haven't been returned. What should I make of this?"
My response is that this is a bit unusual. Especially if the offer was not in writing or you didn't sign a formal offer letter. In any case, it appears they have some explaining to do for such a lapse.
My honest advice would be for you to move on. You should keep looking even if you do make contact with them again. Judging by this behavior, this may be a company you might want to think twice about whether you actually want to work there.
